Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling service, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with Styron Mobile Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Styron Mobile Solutions provides mobile boat and RV repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services. All services are performed at the customer's specified location within our service area (Jacksonville, FL and within a 50-mile radius).

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where safety concerns exist, the work is outside our scope of expertise, or the location is inaccessible.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Styron Mobile Solutions is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair performed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vessel or vehicle and the issue at hand.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the boat or RV for our technician.
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative at the time of service.
  • Notify us of any known hazards at the service location.

6. Limitation of Liability

Styron Mobile Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your boat or RV, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.

7. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $100 or refusal of future service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
